Description

Ingredients
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
